금번 저희 법학연구소에서는 홈페이지를 새롭게 단장하였습니다. 그간 홈페이지 전면 개편을 위해 성원해 주시고 애써 주신 법과대학 교수님들과 조교 선생님들께 진심으로 감사드립니다

저희 법학연구소는 전통적 법학분야 뿐만 아니라 사회적 요구와 시대적 흐름에 부응하기 위한 연구와 교육을 위하여 지식재산 · 융합법학연구센터, 통일법연구센터, 환경법연구센터, 금융법연구센터를 설립 운영하고 있습니다.

아울러 각종 학술대회를 통한 학문 발전에도 노력을 기열여 왔습니다. 2020년에는 “코로나 이후의 법과 환경”을 주제로 국제학술세미나를 이어 2021년에는 “소프트웨어 포렌식과 법 〮기술의 조화”를 주제로 한 세미나를 개최한 바 있습니다. 특히 숭실이 낳은 민족의 선구자 고당 조만식 선생을 기리기 위하여 2011년 처음 개최한 “고당 국제학술대회”는 지금까지 매년 그 전통을 이어오고 있습니다.

심도 있는 연구 논문 소개에도 심혈을 기울여 왔습니다. 국내외 논문을 엄선하여 학술등재지인 ‘법학논총’을 매년 3회(1월, 5월, 9월) 발간하고 있습니다. 홈페이지 전면 개편을 통해 법학 연구자들의 연구 성과가 ‘법학논총’을 통하여 국내외에 널리 알려지도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

Welcome to Soongsil University Law Research Institute.
Now we have refurbished the website of our law institute. For the complete reorganization of the website, I thank the law school professors and assistants for their support and efforts.

To meet the social needs and times as well as traditional law fields, our Law Research Institute established and operates the Intellectual Property · Convergence Law Research Center, the Unification Law Research Center, the Environmental Law Research Center, and the Financial Law Research Center.

Through various academic conferences, we have also pursued academic development. Following the international academic seminar under the theme of "Law and Environment after COVID-19" in 2020, we held a seminar under the theme of "Matching Software Forensics and Law and Technology" in 2021. One of the most significant events is the Godang International Academic Conference, held in 2011 in honor of Godang Cho Man-sik, the pioneer of the people born by Soongsil. The conference has continued to take place every year since then.

Introducing excellent research articles has been our passion. We carefully review and select domestic and foreigh legal research articles, and publish "Soongsil Law Journal" three times a year (January, May, and September). As we complete the reorganization of the website, we will do our best to ensure that research findings are globally recognized through "Soongsil Law Journal."
